Whole-Body Health Coaching Philosophy

Leading celebrity trainer, wellness innovator and Whole-Body Health Coach, Michael George introduces a revelatory body/ mind program to the world of fitness. He integrates PFTT©, a performance-based, functional movement fitness training technology, which integrates the latest in exercise science, neuroscience, and somatic (body-centered) psychotherapy practices for accelerated body transformation results. Connection of the body/ mind system leads to a truly holistic, lifestyle altering, whole-body health transformation experience!  All bodily systems, inclusive of the embodied psyche and soul, are designed to function in harmonic partnership as a balanced system for optimal Whole-Body Health. Lifestyle behavior, attitude, environment, belief systems, body-structure patterning, and a healthy diet, all must be aligned for the synergistic integration of the body/ mind system. Integration of somatic (body-centered) therapy practices into fitness protocols shifts the primary focus from solely a body-image perspective, toward development of a more conscious, body-awareness mentality.

This shift in perspective facilitates deeper connection with the intuitive self. In connecting with the “wisdom of the body” we bridge the gap between the (ego-based) conscious, and the highly intuitive (soul-based) unconscious. Mindful awareness within movement-based exercise facilitates a synchronistic connection to the bodies “needs and wants”, versus separation from body and/ or coercion to transform to “unrealistic” or self-defeating body image demands. In making the body/ mind collaboration a primary objective we literally expedite all body-transformation goals; including that of weight loss! Moreover we open the gateway to greater self-realization, life balance, sense of purpose and lifestyle behavior modification in all areas of life.

Progressive Functional Training Technology PFTT©

PFTT© is a progression of functional movement and performance-based training, through moderate-to-high intensity interval/ circuit training, which incorporates boxing, CORE instability, balance, agility plyo-metrics, TRX suspension training, coupled with corrective posture, and body structure rehabilitation. In essence PFTT© is a fun, dynamic, results-oriented, total-body training system designed to accelerate body-fat reduction, and expedite body sculpting, toning, and shaping, while increasing overall strength, power, endurance, and functional movement.

Michael’s Personal Story

Throughout his childhood Michael was the overweight, fat kid. He was defiantly inquisitive, and evolved into an audaciously troubled teen. Eventually, the pain of living out of alignment with his true nature, forced Michael to alter his lifestyle through physical exercise, and healthy nutrition practices. Conversely, he discovered his life’s passion profoundly redirecting his career path and purpose in life. His thoughtful sincerity, and empathic understanding, regarding the “silent emotional and mental pain” often endured by others in isolation, manifested from his own internal, experiential pain and suffering. Michael’s rise in the fitness industry began with a short stint in the Aerospace industry as a financial analyst. Gifted with natural athleticism Michael participated in multiple sports, and boxing, which propagated a natural transition into the health and fitness arena. He eventually embraced the Eastern martial arts, Yoga, and meditation for their spiritual philosophies, which lead to his “calling” for a doctorate in somatic (body-centered) psychotherapy. He is also very active in the field of addiction and recovery support counseling, which makes his unique evolution as an Intuitive Healer and Whole-Body Health Coach diversified and well-rounded.

Michael’s personal experiential journey destined him to become an influential leader in the health, wellness and body/ mind healing fields. Today he is a self-made entrepreneur, incessant on continued education and higher learning, while continuing to follow his life’s passion for innovation through the integration of exercise science, neuroscience and somatic depth psychology, while living his true passion and calling daily; guiding others through their own life transformations.
