Michael’s training system works miracles, and I’m not exaggerating!  When we started training in July, I was 240 pounds, my body and heart where both very weak.  I followed Michael’s exercise routine and nutrition program verbatim.  I was shedding 5-pounds a week for the first 4-weeks! Facing down a big birthday and an important photo shoot and feeling no love from my closet, I had 1 month to prepare myself for all that plus a real physical challenge – 8 days of sailing.  My goal was to be lean and strong – and I made it – dropping 11 lbs and one full size in 30 days.

I was recommended to Michael George as an experienced professional and an intuitive teacher.  Our preliminary interview revealed a need to eat more frequently throughout the day, and Michael told me how to enhance the quality of what I was eating to really make it count.  He also transformed walking my dog into a super-charged cardio workout that he called “walking with purpose” – to burn fat!
